This is a single cask blended Japanese whisky from Chichibu's Ichiro's Malt & Grain range, bottled at 60% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was produced exclusively for the Hankyu Department Store in Osaka, Japan, and is one of 283 bottles.
It matured in a single refill sherry hogshead, which gives it depth and a raisin and chocolate character.
