Chichibu – Ichiro's Malt & Grain (70cl)

Ichiro's Malt & Grain is a blended Japanese whisky made by Ichiro Akuto, owner of the Chichibu distillery, and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is assembled from a number of malt and grain whiskies, combined in search of balance. It is described as fruity, lively and harmonious. The nose offers soft touches of peach, apricot, chocolate and vanilla. Rich toffee leads on the palate, followed by barley, spiced gingerbread, tropical fruit, tobacco and pepper. The finish is medium in length, with vanilla and exotic fruit.
