Chichibu – Ichiro's Malt & Grain (70cl)

A blended whisky from Chichibu in Japan, often known as the White Label and bottled in 70cl. It is made to represent the whiskies of the world, with components sourced from England, Canada, the United States, Ireland and Scotland. The exact recipe is closely guarded, but it is believed to be around 30% malt and 70% grain, mostly unpeated, with an average age of about 10 years and the oldest stocks up to 20. The sourced whiskies are aged for between three and 20 years in their home countries, then spend a further two to three years maturing at Chichibu.
