This is the 2021 edition of Chichibu's United States release, a Japanese single malt bottled at 53.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Chichibu is the distillery in Saitama Prefecture whose principal brand is Ichiro's Malt.
The whisky was aged in eleven casks: three new casks, five first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and three new hogsheads. It is one of 2,150 bottles, all exclusive to the USA.
