The seventh release in the Chichibu London Edition series, a Japanese single malt from the Chichibu distillery in Saitama Prefecture. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
This 2024 release was assembled from 10 casks, mostly ex-bourbon barrels, with one red wine cask added.
It is described as well structured, with red fruit, honey, peach, lemon meringue pie, light peat smoke and a touch of resinous pine.
