Chichibu Paris Edition 2025 Les Champs Élysées is a limited single malt bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. It honours the Parisian avenue and is the 2025 release of an annual Paris edition Chichibu has made since 2018, marking cultural ties between Paris and Tokyo. The box is styled on Japanese kawaii culture, inspired by perforated stamps.
Casks include new French oak, Spanish sherry, Bordeaux wine, American hogshead and bourbon, among them heavily peated bourbon casks.
The nose is rich and velvety, with passion fruit, lychee, mango and dark berries. The palate is lively and lightly peaty, turning honeyed and waxy. The finish is long, with gentian, mint, eucalyptus and sage, then toffee and vanilla.
