Chichibu – Paris Edition 2026 Collection Monet Jaune / Yellow (50.5%)

This is a Japanese single malt from the Chichibu distillery in Saitama Prefecture, bottled at 50.5% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The Paris Edition 2026 is a limited release inspired by Claude Monet's painting The Water-Lily Pond, and this bottle belongs to the Monet Jaune (Yellow) collection. The nose is lively with citrus, soft malt and fine vanilla, with a subtle earthy note. On the palate, malty sweetness and creamy vanilla meet bright citrus, herbs and white pepper. The finish carries malt and herbal spice, with a touch of pepper.
