Chivas Regal 12 Year Old Gaurav Gupta Limited Edition is a collaboration between Chivas Regal and the Indian couturier Gaurav Gupta. The blend of over 40 malt and grain whiskies, led by Strathisla, is bottled at 40% ABV.
Gupta's bottle design shows fluid metallic waves symbolising transformation and unity, with deep indigo and gold accents. It was released in the Made for Gentlemen series of designer and artist partnerships.
The nose is honeyed malt and orchard fruit with vanilla, butterscotch and toffee. The palate is creamy toffee, butter biscuit and dried fruit, and the finish is soft and lingering, with honey, vanilla and light smoke.
