The notes centre on sea and sherry: dried fig, orange peel and rich cocoa alongside a light maritime saltiness, with toasted oak, polished leather and gentle smoke behind them.
On the palate come warming spice and dark fruit. The finish is long and savoury, with seasoned oak and a lingering sherried sweetness.
