This is Chivas Regal 12 Year Old, a Scotch blend from Chivas Brothers, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Chivas Brothers traces its roots to 1801, when a grocer's opened at 13 King Street, Aberdeen. Whisky making followed about half a century later, and Chivas Regal 12 Year Old was first officially released after US Prohibition.
On the palate it is typically described as having herbs, honey and fruit.
