Chivas Regal 18 Year Old Gold Signature is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was created by Master Blender Colin Scott and combines more than 20 single malts from around Scotland, with a higher proportion of malt than average and an extended period of ageing. It won the Trophy for Blended Scotch Whisky at the 2014 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
The nose has lightly sour cherries and raspberries with milky coffee, chocolate and oaky vanilla. The palate is oak-led, with cinnamon, nutmeg, dried fruit and plenty of vanilla. The finish is medium and warming, with oaky spice.
