A Scotch blended whisky from Chivas Regal, made from carefully married spirits matured in gold oak casks. After an unusual filtration it is bottled as a clear, transparent liquid rather than the usual golden brown, while keeping the character of cask maturation.
The nose is floral, fruity and creamy, with vanilla and apple pie, white flowers and a hint of spice and oak. Sweet apple, juicy pear, lightly spiced orange peel and caramel vanilla run through the palate, which is smooth and velvety. The finish is long and balanced, the fruit and spice fading gently.
