Royal Salute 25 Year Old First Fill Pedro Ximénez Cask is a blended Scotch whisky from the Chivas Regal Royal Salute range. It has matured for 25 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The nose brings dried figs, raisins and dark chocolate, with orange peel and spicy oak. On the palate there is caramel, toffee and dried fruit alongside mocha, cinnamon and a gentle spiciness. The finish is long, with sweet sherry, dark chocolate and warm spices.
