This is the Miami Polo Edition of Royal Salute 21 Year Old, a blended Scotch whisky and the sixth release in the Royal Salute Polo Collection. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is the first Royal Salute to be fully finished in first-fill rye and first-fill bourbon casks.
The nose offers ripe pears, honey blossom and vanilla pastel de nata, with white chocolate, marzipan and light cinnamon. The palate has sweet apricot, pear drops and coconut over milk chocolate, then lemon curd and gingerbread. The finish is sweet, silky and complex.
