Raasay Marsala Cask is a four-year-old single malt from the Isle of Raasay, the island neighbouring Skye. Distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2025 at 50.7% ABV, it is the distillery's first release from this type of cask.
The lightly peated spirit matured entirely in Frazzitta Marsala Vergine barriques. Marsala Vergine is a protected Sicilian wine classification, and such casks are typically seasoned with it for decades.
Baked apples and apricots come with ginger and maple syrup, followed by a long finish of smoked toffee.
