A Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC from Cirelli with a bright, fresh profile. The nose brings white flowers, light-fleshed fruit and a faint citrus note; the palate is clean with lively acidity and a savoury thread that supports the sip. The body is moderate with measured softness and a clean finish with saline and slightly herbaceous persistence. Serve at 8-10 C and pair with seafood starters, shellfish, light soups, vegetable pasta, fresh cheeses and grilled fish.
