Cîroc is a French vodka made from grapes rather than grain or potatoes. It uses Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc, distilled five times in copper pot stills at the Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the Gaillac region. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is clean and fresh, with subtle citrus, floral grape and a hint of sweetness. The palate is silky, with bright citrus and light fruit, and the finish is crisp and clean.
