A red wine from Ciù Ciù, organic and vegan, made in the Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC. It shows a ruby colour with lively reflections. The nose brings ripe red fruit, light spice and earthy notes, while the palate has defined structure, rounded tannins and delicate persistence. Versatile with meat pasta, grilled white or red meats and semi-hard cheeses, it is best served at around 16-18 °C after opening shortly before serving.
