A red wine from Ciù Ciù, presented as organic and suitable for a vegan diet. It has a medium ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, light spicy notes and subtle herbaceous hints. On the palate it balances medium body, contained tannins and enough acidity for freshness, with clean, direct sensations. It pairs with cured meats, tomato-based dishes, simple white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at around 16-18°C, with a short opening if desired.
