Pecorino Offida DOCG "Merlettaie" from Ciù Ciù is an organic white wine from the Marche region, made from the Pecorino grape.
It has a straw-yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose shows white flowers such as chamomile and acacia, white-fleshed fruit including melon and peach, aromatic herbs and a mineral note reminiscent of flint. On the palate it is fresh and structured, with a round, soft texture, pleasant sapidity and a persistent, refreshing finish, with fruit and floral notes plus light spice.
