Cladach Blended Malt is a Scottish blended malt whisky, here in its 2018 release, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is maritime, with salt, warm sand, seaweed and varnish around a vinous centre and a peppery base. It opens into honey, lemon and fruit cake, then fresh mint and beeswax. The palate starts lightly sweet before turning salty, with faint fruit and oily notes. The finish brings smoky warmth, honey and citrus, then sweet, grainy caramel, soft mint and liquorice.
