Clase Azul Ahumado Blanco Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Clase Azul Ahumado is a smoked Blanco tequila from Jalisco, made from 100% blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in traditional firewood-smoked ovens, which gives it a roasted, lightly smoky character while keeping the crispness of a Blanco. It is bottled at 40% abv in the brand's hand-molded ceramic decanter. The nose shows campfire smoke, fresh herbs, sea salt, citrus and green agave. On the palate, roasted agave, smoked wood, pepper and bright minerality come through, and the finish is clean and smoky with vanilla and citrus peel.
