Clase Azul Plata is a blanco tequila made in Mexico from 100% Weber blue agave. It is not aged in cask, so the character of the agave comes through directly.
The agave is grown in Jalisco and left to ripen for several years. The piñas are cooked slowly before fermentation and distillation. It is bottled at 40% vol. in a clear bottle.
Orange, lemon, green apple and fresh herbs shape the aroma. The palate keeps a gentle sweetness, with a vegetal, slightly mineral side and notes of cooked agave.
