Clydeside – Stobcross Lowland Single Malt Scotch

Stobcross is a Lowland single malt from Clydeside Distillery in Glasgow, one of the first malt distilleries built in the city for 40 years. It stands in the east of Glasgow, overlooking the River Clyde, in a former pumphouse of the Queen's Dock. The distillery is owned by Morrison Glasgow Distillers, which worked closely with the late distilling consultant Dr Jim Swan to create a light but fruity spirit, less grassy and malty than other Lowland malts. All of its water comes from Loch Katrine.
