An organic Rosso Piceno from Cocci Grifoni. It shows a medium-intensity ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, light floral notes and delicate spice. The palate is medium-bodied, with smooth tannins and freshness that keeps the wine balanced and without excess. It is intended as an everyday red with character, not overly complex but clean in aroma. It pairs easily with everyday dishes such as pasta with sauce, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 °C; a brief decant can open the aromas.
