Falerio Pecorino DOC Tarà Cocci Grifoni

An organic white wine from Cocci Grifoni, interpreting the Pecorino grape in the Falerio denomination. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and an immediate aromatic profile of ripe citrus, white peach, white flowers, delicate herbal notes and restrained minerality. The Tarà version highlights varietal purity, with measured acidity giving vigour and freshness. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with balance between acidity and structure, a pleasantly savoury texture and a persistent finish recalling citrus notes. It pairs well with simple seafood dishes, fish starters, rich salads, fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, sushi and light ethnic cuisine. Serve fresh, avoiding overly low temperatures.
