A Pecorino Offida DOCG from Cocci Grifoni. It shows a bright straw colour, with aromas of ripe white fruit, bread crust and floral notes over savoury, mineral tones. The palate is fresh, with balanced acidity supporting a medium body, and the finish is clean.
It suits delicate seafood dishes, grilled fish, light soups and vegetable preparations, and is also interesting with fresh soft cheeses. Serve moderately cool.
