Cognac Royer VSOP is a French cognac aged for at least four years in oak casks. It has a rich, balanced bouquet with ripe plum, orange, vanilla and caramel, plus sweet spice and white flowers. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with soft tannin and moderate acidity. The finish is long and warm, with dried fruit, wood and a slightly spicy close. It can be enjoyed neat after a meal or used in refined cocktails.
