Royer VS is a Cognac from the Cognac region of France, made by the Royer house. VS is the youngest grade, meaning every eau-de-vie in the blend has spent at least two years in oak.
It has a bright amber colour from its time in oak casks. The nose is sweet and fruity, with fresh grape, vanilla and toasted wood.
On the palate it is soft and harmonious, the fruity sweetness meeting a little spice and an almond aftertaste that carries into a long finish. It can be sipped neat at room temperature or used in cocktails.
