Cognac XO from Maison Peyrot is produced in the Cognac region of France. This Extra Old cognac is aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak barrels, giving it complexity and depth of flavour. It is rich and harmonious on the palate, with enveloping notes of vanilla, dried plum, toasted almonds and sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves. It is suited to sipping neat, perhaps with a good cigar, or as a base for premium cocktails.
