A liqueur made from Premier Cru Grande Champagne cognac from the Peyrot family and perfectly ripe Williams pears. Fourteen kilograms of fruit are used for one bottle, and the liqueur ages for two years in white oak barrels. It has an intense amber colour and an intense pear aroma with a sweet, delicate flavour. It is best served slightly cooler and pairs well with chocolate after a meal.
