Colle Dei Tigli Bianco del Veneto

A white wine from east of Lake Garda, made from equal parts Cortese and Garganega. The vineyard lies on a 300 m slope once covered with lime trees. After harvest the grapes are gently pressed and undergo brief skin contact before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with further tank ageing before sterile bottling at low temperature. Equal parts Cortese and Garganega give a delicate, refreshing dry wine with a pleasant fruity sweetness and notes of peach, apple and wild flowers. It suits starters, shellfish, fish or poultry.
