Lenotti Bardolino Classico Chiaretto Rosé

Lenotti Bardolino Classico Chiaretto is a rosé made from Corvina (40%), Rondinella (40%) and Molinara. The grapes come from several parcels around Bardolino, Lazise, Cavaion and Garda, east of Lake Garda, on pebbly, limestone and clay soils left by the ice age and the sea. The grapes are lightly crushed and macerated on their skins for 16 to 24 hours, then pressed, and the must is fermented cool in steel tanks. The wine is bottled young to keep its freshness. The colour is a bright pinkish red. The nose shows fresh peaches and plums, and the palate is delicate and fresh, with spicy, fruity notes. It finishes clean and crisp.
