Compass Box Great King Street Glasgow Blend (70cl, 43%)

Great King Street Glasgow Blend is a Scotch blend from Compass Box, bottled at 43%. It combines Lowland grain whisky with single malts from Islay, Highland and Speyside, and is matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks, sherry casks and new French oak. It has natural colour and is not chill-filtered. The nose is smoky and intense, with classic sherry notes. On the palate it is complex and smoky, with sherry and baked spice. The finish is of medium length, with the smoke staying to the end.
