Compass Box Hedonism (70cl)

A single grain Scotch whisky from Compass Box, in a 70cl bottle. It is made entirely from grain whisky, a style the company describes as uncommon in Scotland, where most grain whisky goes into blends while still young. For Hedonism, John Glaser looks for very old casks of Scotch grain whisky, more than 20 years old. Matured in good American oak, the whisky is generous and sweet, with vanilla, cream and coconut. It is bottled without chill-filtration and with natural colour.
