Compass Box Spice Tree is a blended malt Scotch whisky, matured in custom-made casks of French and American oak.
The original Spice Tree was stopped after its ageing method was ruled non-compliant. Compass Box worked with friends in France and Scotland to develop a hybrid oak cask that achieves the same results, and the whisky returned in 2009.
It is rich and intense, with a malt scented with spice and woody accents.
