Conecuh Ridge Distillery – Clyde May's Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Clyde May's Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes from Conecuh Ridge Distillery and is bottled non-chill filtered. The nose is strongly perfumed and floral at first, with hints of caramel and vanilla. On the palate there are cornbread and honey, with slight touches of pepper, herbs and tobacco. The finish is short and ends on a sweet corn pudding note.
