Connemara Distillers Edition is a peated Irish single malt, described as the only peated single malt made in Ireland. It is a blend of peated whiskeys matured in sherry and bourbon casks, inspired by the wild Connemara region. Smoky peat leads, followed by subtle fruit. The palate starts soft and builds to firm power, with peach, apricot, black pepper and ginger. The finish is long and smoky.
