A peated Irish single malt from Connemara, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Turf Mór is Gaelic for 'much turf', and the whiskey is known for a complex, strongly peaty character.
The nose brings plenty of smoke and intense peat, with lightly salty notes and elegant sweet spice. The palate opens with a soft sweetness before stronger peat smoke arrives, alongside spicy oak. The finish is long and surprisingly dry, with the peat smoke returning.
