Corbin Cash Blended Whiskey combines two spirits in an 80/20 ratio: sweet potato spirit grown on the estate and Merced rye whiskey.
Each is aged separately for up to 4 years in charred American white oak barrels, and the two are blended once maturation is complete.
It is described as a milder, bourbon-like whiskey with a mellow, sweet profile.
