This is Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt, bottled at 57.4% in a 70cl bottle. It is a marriage of sherry casks, American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts, some seasoned with dry Oloroso and others with sweet Pedro Ximenez.
Each yearly batch is unique, and the whisky is sherry-aged throughout its full maturation.
The nose shows dark stone fruits and a hint of roasted almonds, followed by peppery oak spice.
