A Highland single malt from Cragganmore, distilled in 2003 and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society at 10 years old and 58.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is single cask 37.62, named Easy Like A Sunday Morning.
The whisky matured in a single refill hogshead, which gave 266 bottles.
The nose has lemon, apple and pear with a hint of sweet shop refreshers. The palate is smooth with a slight coating, bringing citrus, a fizz of refreshers and a little sponge cake. The finish is sweet vanilla and citrus zest that lingers.
