A 12 year old sherried single malt from the Cragganmore distillery, part of Diageo's Classic Malts range and representing Speyside. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is rich and slightly floral, with barley notes.
The nose is aromatic and floral, with heather, fruit salad, a creamy texture, smoked almonds and stemmy hay. The palate is rich with honey, stone fruits, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds and berries. The finish is smoky and long, with delicate peppery spice.
