A Craigellachie from Speyside, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021 at eleven years old by Càrn Mòr. It was finished in a PX sherry butt, with the release drawn from four casks, and is bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle.
On the palate it shows sherry-soaked fruit with sticky PX sweetness, and the finish is nutty. The sherry does not overwhelm the character of the distillate.
