Craigellachie – 12 Year Old 2009 Casks 307703 & 307704 Dalgety (49.9%)

This Craigellachie is a Speyside single malt bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants for its Dalgety series. It was distilled in September 2009 and bottled in August 2022 at 49.9%, at natural colour and without chill filtration. The 12 years were spent in two casks, a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead and a refill hogshead. Only 600 bottles were filled. The palate is described as showing Demerara sugar, mixed peel, warming cloves and red cherry.
