A 12 year old Craigellachie single malt from Speyside, bottled under the Living Souls label at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Craigellachie distillery was built in 1891 and today belongs to the Bacardi Martini group. It was enlarged to four stills during the 1964 renovation, and its water now comes from the Blue Hill. The vapour is cooled in worm tubs, spiral copper pipes, which keeps the new make in little contact with copper and gives it a robust flavour.
