A 2011 Craigellachie single malt from Speyside, bottled by Elixir Distillers at 60% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Craigellachie was built in 1891 and grew to four stills during its renovation in 1964. Its spirit is cooled in worm tubs, coiled copper pipes that leave the new make with little contact with copper, which gives a robust flavour. The water now comes from the Blue Hill.
