This is a 17 year old Speyside single malt from Craigellachie, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and has no added caramel colouring.
The whisky was first matured in a mixture of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. Half of the batch was then finished in first-fill Sherry casks and the rest in first-fill Bourbon casks before blending.
It is described as robust and muscular in flavour, with a hint of pineapple.
