This Craigellachie is a 13 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 by Daily Dram for The Nectar of the Daily Drams. It was bottled at 46% ABV.
The nose offers ripe apple, peach, orange and honey, with malt, vanilla, nuts and a gentle spiciness. The palate is full and pronounced, with fruit, pepper, malt and oak, plus a light touch of coffee and cocoa.
The finish is medium-long and spicy, with apple, malt, dark fruit, oak and chocolate.
