This Craigellachie single malt was distilled in September 2012 and matured for ten years in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, cask 900689. Signatory Vintage bottled it in 2023 for its Cask Strength Collection, at 68.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is described as sherried fruit, mint chocolate, apple and cinnamon. The palate brings cocoa, caramel, poached fruit, raisins and nutmeg, followed by a dark, sweet finish.
